Hi, I'm Ashutosh Sundresh

I am an undergraduate student at UCLA, class of 2028, majoring in Computer Science at the Henry Samueli School of Engineering. I'm interested in open-source development, operating systems, computational linguistics, and design.

Besides computer science, I play the piano, study mathematics through competitive programming, participate in MUNs, learn foreign languages, and play badminton and roller hockey.

    An open-source Android-based mobile operating system I created and maintain since 2020. Authored features include color-palette-based system theming, in-screen fingerprint scanner animations and icons, Google Lens integration in screenshots, custom lockscreen clock with dynamic TrueType font, etc. 150k+ downloads from 160+ countries, 50+ stars on GitHub.

  • SNSFMUN Conference Website

    An open-source MUN conference website built from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that was used by approximately 300 delegates participating in the conferences in 2022 and 2023. Includes information about the MUN, registrations, agendas for each committee, important documents, and a gallery.

  • Shiv Nadar School Faridabad Food Menu Alexa Skill

    An Amazon Store published open-source Node.js code for an Alexa skill that retrieves meal information for a given date and time from the Shiv Nadar School Faridabad Menu. Includes a comprehensive voice interaction model trained over 1 week. Won "Best Showcase of STEAM" at Shiv Nadar School Soulfest 2022.
